Do not fill out any discard or by catch data for any fisheries. It doesn't matter whether you're a commercial, recreational or charter boat. NMFS and NOAA can make the numbers look anyway they want and it won't work out for any group...... unless you're a tree hugging dogooder.

The fisherman will be blamed and pay the price one way or another for the death and destruction caused by the greenies. We have more oil than we need for hundreds of years and the democrats are worried about green sustainable energy and they're trying to start wars with Russia and China. Sustainable my azz.

when they are surveying for new fields or developing a field, yes. Typically nitrogen fired noise makers.

NOAA records released rod and reel cod as 100% mortality, doesn't matter if you see them happily swimming back to the bottom. I learned this years ago after attending and speaking at meetings throughout the Northeast.
