To start there's not much of a cabin to work with on a Sisu 22. When I bought the boat earlier this year the inside was bare. The fiberglass had never been painted, it was pretty dark below. One of the previous owners had built a crude plywood bench. I had to do something, so I ripped out the plywood bench and painted, installed a cabin light. That got things looking a lot better.

What kind of paint did you use ? I painted mine a few years ago, with interlux bright sides. Primed as well, and it peeled after a few years.

Little leftover lattice work from your deck or something...?

Now its time to get your wife to make up some cushions, no?

Used rustoleum topside paint, about 10 bucks a quart at Lowes. Went on nice, we'll see how long it last. I read some good reviews on the paint.

BOSboatMan, the wife did make the cushions, they are grey and in the last picture. Hard to see with the other grey. The lattice is the plastic kind, no paint and no rot.
