Andy does some beautiful work..my friend Carl Johnson from CJ marine told me about him many years ago...carl made him some custom stainless hatch frames...i wish i had a few now

No light weight core materials used in that deck. When strength is desired, use plywood and fiberglass.

Make's me miss my H&H 40. Hmm I do not see any lifting rails on her. Perhaps its just the color but very curious as towards understanding more about lifting rails too as you can see I posted before.

You can still get those hatch frames from Lou at LD Marine Products, he took over Carl's business.
