Too bad I dont need a repower, this would be a perfect motor for me, real easy swap and a new prop.

Look like a fair deal. I would seatest the motor before removal. What type of boat is it in? Also a 509 TD is a monster big gear and hard to fit in a DE nice & low. The 375 CAT always used the 507 Gear. I am betting that it is a 507 and not the 509. I also see a flow Scan sensor make sure he throws that in along with the panel.
