I sold the back in the 90's........they are built very well ....super smooth........but parts were a issue.........they are similar to the old gladiator reels.........I think only us older guys remember them

I have used them. I believe they were those ones too. Nothing cheap about them. I am not sure on parts as someone else mentioned though.

Took those pics in one of Ale Houses in Orlando, right?

My dad has 4 of them in the basement and we could use them tomorrow if we had to - asbestos drags last forever.

Yes JC it could be. I saw the Fin Nor 130 3 Speed reel in Ocean City MD. It was at All Tackle. The owner of that shop had a restaurant in Florida where he was going to display it. He wanted $800.00 for it. it was impressive to see. the Spool flew so fast with precision to the Thousandths of a degree. You Gave it a couple of cranks and it just spun on and and on and on. it had the balance of gyroscope. It was something to see. And the Drag washers are asbestos.
