Some elbow grease, a couple of cases of The Works and a sheet or two of Starboard and you should be good.

Plus gelcoat and fiberglass and all that other good stuff.

No doubt some bottom paint.

Maybe some plywood.

Couple of boxes of screws...

Pull up a single wide, put it on blocks, and you've got a house and boat. Throw in some BAMA BUCKS, for the food stamps, and utility bills, and medical bills, and you are living The American Dream !!!!
