I had one circling my boat last year off nauset after we gutted a tuna... inside the 3 mile line... Pretty cool seeing one in the wild like that. Wish it ate one of the 500 seals sitting next to the boat.

Second that Hooper, both counts. More than likely the chumming was a big factor, but how do you prove it? As for that you tube bit about listing the Bluefin, talk about pissing down our backs and telling us it's rain. Yeah, you'd be able to sell them domestically, but for what- a dollar a pound!?! How stupid do these morons think we are? What's scary is that the general public could be sold on some feel good BS like that, but it not the commercial man, most of which would soon force the extinction of idiots like Fischer if natural selection was the way of the human race anymore. Just another case of big money using its resources to try to buy the oceans and marine life, and in this case recklessly endangering bystanders in the process.
