It all sounded great until: "Pictures are not recent."

Which translates to the boat now looks this:

I know this boat. It's clean, worth a look for anyone in the market.

Yes, I will second what Tuna says above. This was in Harwichport quite a bit and I looked her over a few times as she was for sale a number of years ago. I love this hull, one of the prettiest out there and she is really slippery. A buddy has one with a 370 Yanmar is it hauls ass. Really nice boat, I would like a little more house for my application but still, its a great boat.

I saw the boat last week where it is tied up. I can assure you the owner takes good care of it and it DOES NOT look much different than the photos. I was with my father inlaw drive past on his boat and stopped to take a look at it from the water. If somebody would have been around I would have tried to stop and talked to someone.

My guess the "not current pictures" just means its doesn't show the new 400W lights etc.... I've seen this boat when it was in Maine...very well thought out boat for GBFT. I'm pretty sure at 16-17 knts...3MPG with max cruise around 20-22knts.

I don't know this boat at all. I really like the South Shore 30. It has great classic lines. My opinion when I read the ad was; the detailed description of the systems followed by the disclosure of the dated photos, was a bit odd.

Seems like a boat that is worth a look.

I think this boat would be sitting in Sandwich Marina right now with whiting swimming around the baitwell if I didn't want a 6pak boat/family fun boat too... Sweet...

I don't know Gord, boat looks proportioned perfect for fishing to me.
My BHM had I built it instead of buying it 2nd hand would have gone 2-3 ft less wheel house and more cockpit.
Pretty sure your boat was a bit more house than mine ?
Does that boat have an engine box ?

Hi Ron, yes, my bhm had a bit more house than yours, think the volvo is a longer block than the yanmar... Maybe?

I have loved this boat for a long time, really considered making a move on her back a number of years ago, but its too commercial for the family. When my wife finally gets sick of my shit and throws me out, then I'll buy her! :)

Maritime Skiff not a DE but built in Maine
I Actually been on this boat. I went to Maine back in 2008 or 2009 to check it out and went out for a ride. The guy who built it thought it out. All the compartment are bulkheads. This guy actually finished a 36 BHM on my dock as well. Funny thing is I could have bought this boat for about 85k back then. I would actually consider it again.

Hooper, I hope I don't beat you to it!

Funny, but I have a downeast problem. Everytime I see a boat come onto the market even if it doesnt seem to fit me, I look at it, seeing how it would fit me. My banker is getting pretty pissed at me by now...lol When the bank and the wife agree on it, it will be in the driveway...

I'd love this boat just to fish fish fish with... Just thinking it would be a tough sell for family and keeping 6 customers out of the weather... One more bad bottom fish charter and maybe ill consider it...
