Would need a good insurance policy (LOL). I am thinking that with the Chelsea Creek dredging and the new bridge space had to be available for some commercial boats. The docks look great to be honest with you.

Ya Dave..I am not sure of the security issues etc.. just nice to see some new docks in the boston area..I used to throw lines for the Foss tug boats a few years ago and most of the ships we took in went up the chelsea creek.. always amazed me of all the ghost boats and marinas that are in that creek just sitting there..I mean with the marina prices just across the way in charlestown and the north end you would think it would start turning over

this spot is pretty nice. I currently keep my boat in east boston , but I'm considereing this. Its quicker than dealing with the draw bridges, and it looks secure.
