i am thinking of putting a dive door through the side of my 23’ 1977 seaway hard top. Any one with thoughts about this please respond.

Don't do it. My brother runs a dive operation in Grand Cayman with over 35 years of experience diving off small boats 25-28'. A custom dive ladder is the way to go. I have a ladder that drops into my rod holder works great.

That’s what my plan actually from doing research dive door not necessary. I am designing a stainless steel ladder to do the same thing except I am going to install custom holders for the ladder.
