A budy does a great job making chili with them
i believe that, i guess they taste different depending on where you get them, and what they've been eating. but im sure a good chili recipe with all the spices comes out good, i have to keep that in mind.. i know some people who take all of their sea ducks, brant, and any duck really, grind them up and make sausage, never tried that either but i cant see it being bad.
