Good Morning,

Not sure why I have not posted here in the past but RELENTLESS is a charter boat which fishes out of GREEN HARBOR, MA fishing for cod, haddock, jumbo pollock, tuna, striped bass and sharks. We run about 70-80 trips annually and try to post reports of our trips after each trip on our site at Fishing Reports 2012

I would like to see who may be interested in joining us for a combination cod/haddock and tuna charter in the near future. The standard rate is $220 PP on an open boat charter and we will offer some sort of reduced rate on this ten to twelve hour trip. The plan would be to leave the dock at around 0400 fish for school tuna (giants belong to the boat) and then head off shore and fish for cod, haddock and other groundfish and also possibly bend a few rods on sharks hoping Mr. Mako or Threasher shows up for dinner. The boat would return around 4:00-5:00 PM and our mate would fillet the days catch placing in plastic bags while you guys have a cold beer talking about downeast boats on the way home. The fare for this trip will be $200.00 PP and plan on an 18-20% gratuity for the mate who will bust his balls for you.

This could be a great trip, a chance to go home with plenty of fish and meet other Downeast Boat Forum Members at the same time. Once I determine the interest, I will try to pick a date or two maybe one on a weekday and one on a weekend.

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask.

Respectfully,

Capt Dave

Hooper,

Sound good, just heard from Whale Tail and today was tough on the tuna but a dfew guys did manage to bag a few fish. Problem is long distance to where he did well on cod and bull haddock today with excellent numbers of fish. Jerry said if he was fishng straight groundfish it would have been a banner day. Back at it again in the AM with a charter from CT who may fish for tuna but I am thinking they will fish mostly for groundfish. I will not be able to post the reports to my website until Monday AM.

Thanks,

Dave

Dave, I'm up for literally anything the crew wants to do, for me a day on the water is the prize, fish are a nice bonus

Looks like we have three in for the trip so far, let's see if we can get three more. Once we have six interested, we can discuss a date which works for everyone and develop a game plan. Fishing the past three days was pretty good with good numbers of cod and haddock coming over the rail and a frustrating day yesterday with the tuna as we were in them around the boat but had no interest in the bars and even fresh ballyhoo. Every day is different and we will make sure this is a great trip. So if your interested in hoping aboard for some good DE boat talk, fishing and meeting new friends, please let me know.

Haddads is building up and it is going to be huge with a second deck overlooking the marsh out back. At the marina is a restaurant with a nice outside deck over looking the marina with pretty good food and an outside bar a place to unwind and talk about boats and fishing at the end of the day.

I hope this comes together, should be a great time and a chance to put names with faces and go home with fish for the freezer.

Respectfully,

Capt Dave
