Anyone seeing a abundance of 5 or 6 year old boats for sale?? I was thinking maybe it time for a change but didn't want to wait a couple years to get one built. Nor do I want to deal with the time and expence of getting all the bugs out of a new boat. If someone has one post what it is . These boats should sell for more than new if you can get it right away. I really don't want to wait 2 years let alone the decisions of boat building. Got a done boat?

Every boat is for sale at the right price. ;)

These boats were never built in high volume, and the majority of what is built are work boats. Add the down economy, and you don't see a lot of these rolling into the water in any given year.

Kinda nice for resale though. It's hard to get your boat noticed when there are 50 just like it on all the web sites.

let's see: 2011 - five = 2006 AKA "the good times" when HELOCs ruled and lenders were falling all over each other to extend credit for any purpose. this was before the sh*t hit the fan in 2008

not too hard to understand why a lot of these boats are back on the market: leveraged owners are busy marketing their homes for a "short sale" and are disgorging other assets acquired with borrowed money

go get 'em, there should be plenty o' offerings at hefty discounts
