Personally I think that pilot house looks a little " odd" and with the unfavorable reviews of that hull compared to newer DE's it wouldn't be my first choice.

Looks like they did a nice job on the refurb, but it just doesn't look right without a trunk!!

Hmmm, interesting feedback. I have fished the Dyer 29 quite a bit in and around Monomoy and found it to be an excellent hull, loved the way it rode, no pounding, solid downsea. Granted, it's no Duffy 35 or Flowers 33, but it also isn't in the same league pricewise.

Thanks, always interested in what others have to say, I think she has nice lines.

There is another string on the hull truth with its owner and more pictures. If it is in the condition that it looks like, i would say it's worth asking price any day. Agree the house looks a bit odd on the bass boat, but the fishermen were raving about how it's a cure for the wetness of the downeast hull

dyer 29s have a good reputation as a sea boat. old school length to beam ratio. they were designed as a boat that could do 15 knots in anything... within reason
