Help! A gallon of West System Epoxy Resin tipped over in my basement (concrete floor). Only about a quart came out (I should have taken those yellow pumps out!). Has this happened to you? Should I add hardener and spread it out? Add thickener and hardener and scoop it? Acetone or paint thinner?:confused::confused::confused:

Eastporter:

After picking up the majority of a resin spill, clean the residue with lacquer thinner, acetone or alcohol. Use warm, soapy water for a hardener spill.

That info is included in the MSDS sheets that accompany most, if not all WEST System packaging.

Thank you John. Good advice. I'll try it tomorrow.
