looking for a exhaust diverter 3 1/2 " outlet to send exhaust into water Salisbury company is no longer in bussiness

out of town right now...will give you a call next monday...the I.D of the inlet is around 5" as I recall.

I guess it might, my exhaust run is almost flat and I have never had a problem although I seldom anchor in a seaway or backdown on a fish. I have been through 2 hurricanes and countless Noreasters dancing on my mooring.

The Salisbury exhaust cap that Brooksie has would definitely prevent a slug of water from racing up an exhaust pipe. They’re pretty rare and work well - a friend has one on his boat. The only catch is they “splutter” at idle making a bit of splashing.
