Hello

I fish on Charters and Charter/Head boats, And have Chased Giant Tuna obsessively. Really Admire Downeast Boats, Don't have one of my own yet.
Any way. Could I ask a Favor?
Catch shares have done a number on the Stock of Groundfish as you all may know. Small Commercial fishermen and Recreational fishermen and Charters are loosing business because it's harder to find fish as a result of the Big Commercial Fishing Vessels clearing areas like Stellwagen and Maybe the Western Edge of The Gulf of Maine.

It doesnt matter if there are big boats or a lot of small boats. There is a hard TAC on all species. If they have quota they have a right to fish where they are aloud.
