Ned.. the fishing bite in boston habor is hot right now.. there is macs still in the harbor.. anywhere from hull gut to hingham to weymouth in the channel with #6 Sabiki rigs will do it..I get a 2 different color balls.. red and green and fish 2 rods.. some times they only like 1 color..mark them on your fish finder and then troll..you will get herring if you stay still and all though they look awesome the stripers love the macs.. when you are trolling you will litterally get mac,herring,mac its wierd..also the night bite has been hot around the boston harbor islands..eels and big wooden plugs have been what they are hitting.I just read in On the Water Magazine last week and some striper whisperer out of boston catches hogs at night... I go to Monahans Marine in Weymouth to get all my stuff and the guy Russ in the tackle department has the best selection around of anyone...
