That sucks! The nmfs just closed all sharks too. Small coastals were "choked" by a miniscule blacknose quota, leaving us 350K of non-blacknose uncaught. The large coastal quota was met because they opened it up too early. No tiles till 1/1/14. Only leaves us grouper which will probably close as soon as they show up in any kind of reasonable numbers.
Technically unemployed for the next 3 months....anybody got a job for an experienced hand?
