Garmine GPS Mount

I just purchased a new Garmin 740S. I do not have a box on my boat to flush mount it. I found this on EBAY Electronics Box Wedge for Garmin Marine GPS from apf Marine Custom Sizes | eBay but looks overpriced and it is not sized for a 740. Does anyone have a good source for this type of mounting box that will not break the bank? I could build one myself but I would prefer to purchase one that is pre-cut for the 740. Any help is appreciated.

They're not cheap, but we had a very good experience with Nav Pods- they keep the unit watertight and make it easy to take the piece off for winter storage.

I looked at the Nav Pods. You are correct they are not cheap. My search continues. I will post any good finds.
