Gillnet wraped up in a seine !!

Here's what happens when a gillnetter gets wraped up in a seine, the seine acts as a lead for the gillnet and the fish all go into the gillnet. The net sunk when all the fish hit so they needed a tender with a crane to pick up the gillnet.

so its the photos that due you in: if you can get photos of dragger/mid water boat with buoys on it, or in its nets, its a sure bet. Hard to take pics at nite however.

Embarassing to admit to having towed up a gilnet, and post pics.

I had a scallop boat tow right across a trawl I was hauling and I got cut in half?

When I went and found him on land, His reply was , " it was 't me. There was nothing in my dredge. " :eek:
