This a good deal? Went ashore 6 years ago and rebuilt 2 years ago. Stern quarters above the platform was fixed and a new stick build cabin.

Unless the advice your post receives is anything other than to commission the best marine survey you can find, you can pretty much ignore it. Just based on what you've said and what's said in the ad, there is very little to like here except (possibly) the price.

If the hull is decent and everything works. I would say that is a great deal. I like my 34 Wayne beal I wouldn't sell mine for that price
