Just bought a second C120W before they're all gone. Chris beat everyone out there and great service & support.

Thanks for the post and compliments, Rich, I really appreciate the shout out. It was fun working with you, even though I'm dealing with that plague/flu/clap that I caught from that tramp from the upper east side. Still worth it though! Thanks for the business, and I hope Greg helped you out with finding that Cummins. When it comes to anything diesel or propulsion related, he's an awesome contact to have. You should have your box tomorrow, talk to you soon Rich!

What the hell, might as well fill in the rest of the crew. When speaking to Rich, he noticed from my voice I was deathly sick, and I filled him in on the reason why. Long story short, on the way back from the NMEA Convention, met a girl in the airport, got to kicking it, ended up swapping seats per her request to sit next to her on the flight. Spit my game during the flight, with her all up on the Wharf Rat, spent an extra hour at LaGuardia after landing rapping, turns out she happens to be a lingerie model. Got her number and asked her to text me a picture of her so I wouldn't forget what she looked like. The picture she sent me, I will post below, and suffice to say I was not expecting a picture like that. To wrap up, I ended up going out to eat with her in Chelsea last Friday, ended up at her place and finally got to sleep at 5AM. Woke up at 8, needing to go to work, she wasn't having it, so didn't get out until 9. This girl is an animal, and psycho. ended up blowing my tire out on the FDR, had to change that shit while getting buzzed by cabbies. But, even though I'm out a tire, dying of whatever it is I caught from this floozie, as I said to Rich above, totally worth it. And to quote Eslang from this very forum, "The most amazing pussy, is the craziest pussy!" Spoken like Socrates. So to share, here ya go. Enjoy; I did.

You New Yorkers have all the luck

Hey Sailor, as a Jets/Mets fan, that statement doesn't always ring true. However, since I already dropped the bomb on this past girl from the NMEA, might as well fill everyone in on last year's NMEA Convention booty. During one of the days of the conference where they had a Golf Tournament and Fishing Tournament, I decided to hit up the pool. The convention was held at the Sanibel Island Resort, actually a classy place. Anyway, at the pool, notice a blond bombshell and of course immediately decide to kick it. Turns out she's a Baltimore Ravens Cheerleader taking a short vacation, Meaghan S. if you want to check the calendar out. Things went smooth, so I ended up inviting her to the Awards Banquet and Ceremony. Of course I told her I handle Homeland Security technology for radio ranging and detecting (RADAR). And since the USCG does technically count as a part of the Homeland Security Department, I wasn't totally fully of shit. Either way, that was enough to help close the deal, and we ended up getting photographed by the NMEA's Marine Electronics Journal and published, so I got plenty of hate from the rest of the guys in the industry considering I'm the only guy who makes it a point to get some ass whenever I go anywhere, even if it is a convention filled with all us nerds. So here's the snapshot that gave it away, enjoy this one as well. As a Jets fan, I was somewhat conflicted, but not really. Next year's convention is in San Diego, right near Pacific Beach and Mission Beach, so that should be like shooting fish in a barrel. Maybe I'll create a separate thread profiling the Adventures of Wharf Rat.

No problem, Rick, sounds like a cold solder joint. Let me know what model control it is, as the RayPilot650 and Autohelm ST6000 are not repairable, but I'm assuming you have an ST6001/2 or ST8001/2. Call me tomorrow and let me know. I'll be in early, but gotta set the guys up, will be available any time after 8:30/9AM. Sorry for posting some of the pictures of the conquests, but I don't exactly have my own boat to post, so that's all I got!

It's a RayPilot 650, and keep the pictures coming.

We just removed a working RP650 from an OceanAlexander about three weeks ago, need to check if my techs still have it, as those units were such headaches I don't remember if I told them to burn it out of spite. Will let you know tomorrow, Rich.

To complete the thread, I'll fill in the blanks. I ended up finding a RayPilot650 control head, which will do the trick. And, yes with that course computer, a Type 100 AutoHelm, the 6001/6002+ control heads will work, unfortunately the 8001/8002+ heads won't work. If anyone stumbles upon this thread with the same problem, I do have some ST6001s that will work if you have a failed CH.
