Ok, I've searched and searched. Maybe I'm not using the right keywords, but I've exhausted my brain. Looking for what I thought would be a simple part. Need to run my 1 1/2" washdown hose through the wheel house aft bulkhead and need the bulkhead fitting so I can clamp the hose from the inside and outside on deck. My friends Calvin Beal has exactly what I need. I've only been able to find 3/4". Any leads? Thanks,

Tim

Nah, they hide

I've been around the block once or twice, and in the bilge many, many times so I remember items such as that and where they hang out

Now something that REALLY likes to hide is a combining gearbox that doesn't weigh 11,000 lbs and can fit below deck without a box.

Tim,

I just made one for my boat in 1". I punched a 1/8" SS plate with a hole in it & welded a 4" threaded nipple in it. Also, you may want to use a brass cam lock fitting on deck. Then you can disconnect the hose if you want. The cam locks are in McMaster.com. I'll make you the fitting if you want one. They hold up better than plastic. Let me know.

Or i can weld a coupling so you have female/female then you can use a male NPT to hose barb. I had to do a 90 LB on the inside to head down to the bildge, thats why I used a nipple.

Rich, I already ordered the plastic one. Oh well, always time to upgrade next year. I got the radii last night, test fitting them today, stand by.
