Ok tx- yes familiar with that. Will definitely check out that oil.

Curious that there was no info in manuals provided with boat( owner was fastidious and kept everything!)-and very scant info online about maintenance of this Evolution system.

Google search takes you to Ellis boats who touts the system and Sundown that provides only sales info.

In general I have always heard that once the puller is installed and a lot of pressure applied, a sharp rap on the aft end with a decent sized hammer will often induce it to pop off. Not a sledge hammer! And maybe others will chime in that even with the puller in place, the hammer is a bad idea for the bearings on this system. Also keep a nut on the shaft as the prop will generally fly off with a lot of force if not restrained.

That is a nice build! Definitely above my pay grade though.
