I love these boats, always have. They look like the classic charter vessel to me. What are your thoughts, opinions good bad or otherwise on this particular vessel....

One in Noreast is the Celtic Zhorizon. Former charter boat in Orient. Detroit diesels. No hard top or generator... Real nice boat

I dont know what it is about these hulls but something attracts me to them... I went through the whole let me RESTORE one phase, there was one for like 28k at one time. I dont know, fantasy land but someone has to do it... Hooper, GO!

Perfect charterboat. I like the layout, run from down below and spent some time with the custumers, and then "go look for fish" from the fly bridge when you need some time to breath.

I've heard some of those comments, but don't have direct experience myself. Seems like they would take a lot of fuel to push at moderate speeds as beamy as they are.

I have no direct exp either but the story seems pretty consistent whenever this boat is mentioned.

With twin 8.2 detroit diesels..you will have a 16 knot cruise...

That is not correct.....Redone yes twins no....single 480 - 500 Cummins...i know the owner very well

Hi Helen L, Whats the Banjo 14 joke? - I recently got a boat named Banjo that used to charter on the Vineyard. FJ Prowler with some similarities to these Henriques. Not a DE though.

St Patrick has single screw.... Other twin screw ones will do 16 like Rogers boat.... That's what I meant....
