Home appraiser needed in East Machias, Maine

In an effort to exhaust all possibilities I will ask on here.
Does anyone know someone that can do a home appriasal for me on a property we own in East Machias, Maine?
I have called and emailed a lot of people from appraisers and real estate offices to banks and town assessor office..
I have heard nothing but too busy from everyone I have spoken with.
This is for estate planning valuation purposes and needs to be done preferably before tax filing deadline but I will take what I can get and file for an extension if needed.
Simple 2 bed 1 bath home built in the 2000's.
I just need to get someone to let me get on their schedule.
Any leads appreciated.

Jeff - try the Appraiser Guy. His firm seems to be the only one we can consistently get to help us with Maine and NH refinances/purchases lately. I would still expect a 30 day wait time.
