I only had one complaint once and that was when my drunk cousin was lighting mortors off at 4am on a week night. Never a noise complaint even firing off a diesel before sunrise. Never any issues what so ever other than that one woman screaming from her porch somewhere down the canal over thoose mortors lol

I golfed 3 days last week in sunny/warm FL. Not bad if I don't have a boat down there !

Yes Bill its that bad. those houses you see in the area listed were 700k+ at the peak!
and yes there are multiple golf courses near by Plowin



As for the ride out. It is a long one but the no wake ends when you go through the S turn at the end of the maine canal coming out of my neighborhood. In a larger boat you then have to head north along the coast then turn west to go out.

In a flats boat or on a jet ski you can pretty much just go west. Unless its low tide (especially winter tides) then the channel is the only option. My CC cruised at 30ish so it really didn't bother me much and the flats boat is a rocket ship.

Worst part is. At the peak someone offered me 425 something along those lines when the house wasn't for sale and I said no!
I was living in it at the time and several family members were going down in winter to use it as well.

Luckily I offed just shy of 3 acres with a house in town here. BEFORE it tanked! So atleast we are mortgage free on this 2 family and the house in FL

Well its pending but these buyers are actually legit. So yeah im REALLY relieved. Ive been jerked around so many times by so many garbage BS buyers.

Hell when your BHM was for sale a buyer jerked me an HOUR before their deadline to do so (inspection period) was up!
