does anyone know where/how to get info about a boat if i have the hull #.

Post the whole number including letters.
Hull layup id, length and year should be in the letters/numbers

Bill, Ive got it deceifered, mainly im wondering if there is anyway to locate a documentation number by using the hull #. i dont think there is, at least through my own internet searches.

One of the guys here might be able to chase it back with the hull id #
Pretty sure they've done other hulls

Do you have the name of the vessel? If so you can search the doc number and HIN number from that.

I know of no search by HIN, but I am sure the Coasties could search that way.
