Possibly Joann Fabrics http://www.joann.com/ . My wife has found great stuff for cushions. They even sell sunbrella.

I have used Home Depot indoor outdoor carpet on a few project boats in the past.

exactly...keep it local. the small guy needs as much help as he can get when big chains are so hard to compete with.
we use the local carpet install guy and he does a great job.

nope, but alot of people here will order EVERYTHING from lowes, home depot, or elsewhere. bring in shipping containers full.
