Hurricane/Storm?

All my family's houses and boats made it through relatively unscathed. Have friends with 3 feet plus of flooding and so on...

I am looking for a website that might tell when Sandy was downgraded to the storm from a hurricane. It makes quite a difference in reference to insurance. Even winds speeds would be great. I appreciate the help.

Wish I could help but just saw that being an issue... Didn't know once it derives its power from that low it is no longer considered a hurricane anymore.

Apparently, the governors declared that Sandy was not a hurricane for the exact reason you describe.

Hurricane deductibles won't apply to Sandy insurance claims - Nov. 1, 2012
