Hurry Gurdy???

One of the last posts by Hurdy Gurdy that I can recall was over a month ago. He mentioned that he was in the hospital. I hope he's okay. Isn't there a forum member by the name of Bermuda on here? Hurdy, you out there?

Yeah Im here! They found blood clots in my good leg and had to do a stint in the hospital.Im on thinners now and will be for the next few months.
The Duffy is at a stand still now as I have to play catch up with bills.The boat is not a money maker for me just a toy.I managed to get the plate from ZF,gearbox is on,had the hydraulic hoses made up for trans cooler.She is ready to go.Need to make up some mounts for trans and mounts for engine bed.

Life here has not been that easy(work wise) since the down turn hit us,we have a new government now so I hope that things start to pickup.Our last government spent all our money and put this little island of 60k people 1.5billion in the hole.There is no work here for us interior guys,I have a drywall company employing three guys and you guys know,working for yourself is not cheap.

Thanks for the thoughts guys,Ive been hanging around but have not said much due to nothing going on with the boat.Things will change as things start to go together,will keep you guys posted!

Get better!!!! And Suck it up I was down at the boat yesterday jacked up in this god awful back brace for 2 herniated discs. That lovely blow that came through here last month sunk her on land. Cleaning out the mud and cattails. Got both lungs pumping. Removed 90% of the wiring. Lifes tuff everywhere, and look at the asshats in washington. None of them are worth a damn.
