look like old morse controls to me. Just change to a nice set of kobelts and be done with it. I've found a few sets of them on fleabay.

I think old Morse Twin S. Morse became Teleflex and is now SeaStar. Smaller one is the CH5200P, larger version is 5400P. By the picture you might have the bigger 5400's. Go2 has the smaller for $240 and the 5400 for $299. Defender and the others carry them also unless Joe has F'd up that supply chain. I've had a SeaStar 5200 in service over 15 years and they work fine. I did take the transmission lever and shorten it an inch, drill and tap it for the ball because sometimes while looking backward I'd accidently grab the wrong lever. Connected to the red 33C cables they work well.
Kobelts are nice but they have their issues too and run around $650 new.

I’m pretty sure I have a set of old Morse controls you can have if they work for you. I’ll look tomorrow and let you know.

If i wasn't such a cheapskate and I had a boat with long cable runs and multiple stations I would spring for Kobelts. They are nice but what I have works fine.
