In the market for a boat

I'm looking for a solid boat in the 26-28 ft. range to use for dog fishing and possibly tuna fishing. I have a smaller boat now and need to step it up a bit. Unfortunately my budget might be unrealistic but I figured some of you may be able to help. If anyone knows of anything in the 15-20k range that would be a good starter boat let me know. Thanks
