Info on 25' Northern Edge

Does any one know about the 25' Northern Edge lobster boat model put out by Northern Edge Custom Boats out of SW Harbor, ME? I believe they are no longer in business and want to know about the specs of the 25' model they put out. Did they use a specific hull design? Beam of the boat?

John at Downeast Boats and Composites had the molds back in 2005, not sure if he still does. I took the 7 hour drive up to see them in 05. The looks of the hull were nice but the molded cabin and standing shelter were not quite right. I think the fella from SW Harbor stick built his. I ended up gettng a 26 Duffy. I believe the hull started out as a 20 X 9' Michell Cove designed by Calvin Beal. Then got lenghtened to a 25.

Northern Bay 25

I stopped over to John's shop last week. He sold the mold a while back. I am having a top molded for one of my Gurnet Point 25's that will be finished as lobster style with a straight inboard. I hope to start finishing in a month or two.
