John Deere 6076

So i might be looking at a used john deere 6076 AFM 300hp and im needing a little help. I cant really find anything online as far as specs go. Im trying to find what the dimensions, weight, and torque are of the engine. Im looking to repower this fall and wanting to bump up to around 300hp. Any info you guys might have on this engine would be great!

300 Deere dimensions,22.5'' wide,46.2'' high,48.4 long.There is no weight in my book,but I think its around 1800 lbs,depending on what year it is.The older ones were tractor blocks and are heavier..Having two 300's I can tell you parts are going to get scarce.If you want a Deere I would look for a 220 or 265,there's not alot of power difference,and physically smaller and lighter.I would also consider a B series Cummins,hard engine to beat.

Thanks Traditions, ive considered them all and was very much leaning to the 315 cummins, but i saw this online and had to look into it a little bit. The deere isnt much bigger than my isuzu length and width wise, it is 10" taller and about 600lbs heavier though!

I almost called to order a Cummins this week, scrap selling the boat and repower!

Then we can do with what my Dad did and buy two engines but only one warranty so which ever one failed first got it! Ha! Can't play those games any more...
