long line spool.

Morning guys,Just saved a long line spool from going to the dump.Its made by Hawboldt Industries,The spool is 6' long and roughly 3' in diameter.Its has alot of line on it aswell.I think the line is 6-800 lb test.I think!.This thing weighs around 3500-4000 lbs.What should I do with this?Was just to nice to see wasted.What is this thing worth? Serial # is 160493-1 and the model# is ML12-T233AS.

Hurdy, Ml12 tells me it's a 12 mile reel and based on the dimensions it shoull be very close. If the spool, level wind and frame are in good shape it should be wotrh no less than 4k usd IF you can find someone who needs one. I base that on what I have seen here in the US....FWIW Jo
