Boat Make
40' Northern bay
If you do some searching there was a 38 northern bay for sale with a 410 Sisu somewhere privately. It's listed with a broker on yacht world now. I saw the pics of the fire sorry for your loss.

Damn sorry for your loss. It was discussed in this thread. If there is a way to get you back in the game, this forum should be able to help. Good luck!

There's a center console that can be enclosed with the canvas. Could add a jog lever inside the wheel house and another set of controls. I prefer the center console because I can fish the boat without a mate and it's easy to dock.

Jim, the helm is enclosed by the canvas in this picture. I cod fish in this boat in the winter. There are 2 bus heaters in the boat. The biggest one is in the salon. It's 60000 btu's and the second one is down below. As I was saying before, you could add another station at the bulkhead. Instead of running steering lines, I would add a jog lever to the Simrad auto pilot and add a set of Morse controls. I was trying to use Paintbrush to illustrate where the helm is but you get the idea. Anyway, the boats in the water in Pt. Judith if you have any interest.
