These are some pictures from a rebuild back in 2001. I have only a few pictures on digital and have no idea where the others are. This boat was my best friends on Cape Cod that we rebuilt from the keel up. It was a active lobster boat with a wood wheel house rotten to the core. The stringers were all glass, hollow in the middle. The transom was solid but the gunnel cap needed to be rebuilt.
He decided he wanted to convert it to a center console. The deck and gunnel caps were rebuilt using 3/4 plywood. Under the deck was completely filled using 2 part closed cell foam. Hull was rolled and tipped with interlux and the interior is off-white rolled gelcoat.
He fished it for 2 years and sold it to purchase 22' Sisu. This is the end result of many late nights in the boat barn.

Wow! The finished product turned out pretty sweet! Those scuppers are nice and large.

Thanks, scuppers are 2" or 3" can't remember right now. The deck drained real quick that's for sure. It was a great time building her back up. Learned a lot along the way.
