Pulled out all my head hoses as they were not for sanitation. The right hoses are less flexible and are causing me routing problems in the available locker space. What is the most flexible 1 1/2" head hose? Trident 101 can only manage a 8" radius.

I use the same hose I think, it's a pain for sure. I do like to make sure to warm it up first though. I'm usually just getting an end to want to bend or get on a fitting so a bucket of hot 150* plus I use boiling for the ends then I work quick to get it in place. This doesn't work great for long runs though then I'm back to the heat gun to help get the nylon reinforcement to play nice.

Thanks,

Your comment about the threads makes me wonder if you don't have a white plastic hose, not a black mostly rubber hose with a metal wire like Trident 101.
