Mike,

Great job! How long is the fish box? Have you thought of pen boards? Kenny Flower put them in my fish box and they work well.

Looks good.
Question.
The cockpit deck the same height as the wheel house.
From the pic looks like a step down into the wheel house.
Raider, there is a 6 inch step up into the house....its hard to see because of the track on the alum. door

Mike,

I looked for pictures of the pen boards before I posted but didn't find any.
Needed to change my batteries this year (four 8D's) so Jackson's put a pallet on the deck across the fish hole hatch to put the the batteries on. I changed out the batteries today. Monday Jackson's will get the old batteries and pallet off the deck. So this week I'll get some pictures.

Your fish tank looked longer than eight feet in looking at the size of your cockpit.

I went back to the surveyor's report to check the the fish hole size. The report said, 11'-2'' long, 2'-7 1/4" wide, and 2'-4" deep which is 2373 lbs. of ice and fish. We load ice in the back of the hole to the pen boards. Then ice fish ice till we fill the front end of the hole. Next we start fill the back end of the hole with fish.

Mike,
I think starboard would bend and pop out when the weight of ice or fish pushed against it. Out here they use a corrugated aluminum sheeting for "bin boards":D it looks nice but what i've seen of it is that its noisy when moving around in the tracks. I'd use some nice 5/4"x6's, round off all the edges and cut the corners off at a 45 degree angle so they come out of the tracks easier. In my bowpicker i glassed in pen boards i made out of roofing foam, they couldn't be removed but i slushed all my fish in the hold and it worked real slick for that.
