Need some help with a door

I'm looking to add a couple of access doors under the V Berth and I'm trying to match the door in the galley. I beleive these are not custom items, I've got a call into the builder, but I'm wondering if anyone knows where I can find these?

Sorry I haven't seen any place to buy a door like that but can tell you that it is a very simple door to make if you have a router table and can cut some teak plywood square.
