New boat shed

So getting ready to build a 26' cold molded boat. Not a downeast but styled similar. Outer Banks 26 by B&B designs, hull #2. Having a guy in NC build the hull and plan to bring it north and finish it over the next few years. Started on the shed.

Price of shed? Very cheap since I am in the metal building business so all the framing was left overs and most of the sheeting as well. Bought roof panels, concrete and precast piers. I'll only be into it for about 6K when done.

3 walls sheeted. Should be on roof next week. Shoot to paint this weekend when the weather improves.

05Bill,
Prices went crazy the last 2 years (along with everything else). It used to be $10/sf for basic buildings, plus insulation, foundation and erection. Now it's over $25/sf. Erection and foundation can vary quite a bit in different areas. Only plus is the prices have stabilized and seem to be creeping down a bit. With the continued recession they should keep getting better I think..If you PM me your location and door count/sizes I can run a building in the pricing software and get you price.
