No Bill, not me. I'll most likely install a 6bta 370.

Blexter told me that he is sell both of the cta 450's because neither can "legally" be installed in a new construction boat.

Who would know weather or not a tier 2 engine was installed in a new build? I guess if you had to finance it then the bank would ask but what if it was a cash deal?

Yes, I went back and forth with Blexter on the forum about his mechanical engine woes in a new boat.

I thought that a 6CTA was a bit much for the 32 Holland hull.

The 6BTA 370 is a good motor, You'll be happy with it. Take all the excess add-on crap off the motor and it's a real simple setup

The difference is, there is a right way of doing things and the wrong way of doing things. Slapping some lipstick on a boat can make it look pretty but down the road... there could very well be implications that can cause big fines. Looks like Tex wants to be sure to do everything the right way.
