Budgeted for 2 weeks of 40 hr weeks start to finish
I thought that would be easily done.
Not so much
Really pushing it.
Buttoning it up has taken longer that thought. Just rerouting bilge pumps hose, glassing in conduit for the batteries and fuel tanks (which live under the gunwales) and would not fit so easy because the new floor is 1/4" higher than the old one. Trimming his old panels that hide the fuel tanks and batteries, that no longer fit because the floor is now 1/4" higher. And So on and so on
So 2 weeks is about right. Materials ran a bit high. All the small stuff that adds up

3/4
Only 1 layer of biax on either side due to budget constraints.
But, I'm 6'2 220 lbs, and can stomp all over it with no bounce.
The boat only gets really light use .
I would have loved to lay it up heavier, but.....

I'm having the same problem on my seaway deck job. I started wearing a bandana to keep the drips off the deck. Looks good!
