Me & my 14yr old just picked up this vintage 18' Tripp. it's solid as a rock. a little TLC & he'll be lobstering! More pics to follow as we progress.

Wow. That looks a great score. I've been looking out for a reasonably priced Tripp for a while. I apologise in advance for asking but what did you pick it up for? Those things seem to go for a premium around here, Westport Ma, I know...rude question..... ball park even?

I just picked up a Midland 19 which is pretty rough but cleaned up good and runs beautifully....just knocks the snot out of you in chop is all.

It was cheap but we got it from a family friend and he gave us a deal to help out my son, really a gift. Keep your eye on the boats for sale on this site theres a guy who keeps posting deals he finds on CL. There was 22' inboard Tripp for sale in ct a while ago.
