Pretty sure he boats out of NC.
Hell of a nice guy, may be looking for a fishing buddy.
He emailed me couple of days ago, he was out setting up his deer blinds.

I am in NC and since our friends @ NMFS shut down grouper early I am pretty much tied to the dock so I really hope this is the year for us! Let me know if you head this way or if you want a tuna update before making the trek.

I thought about it, but to much stuff to put together for this year. Going to stay local for a bit and see what happens with out bottom fishery here.
