Looking for some input and recommendations. Gunnells to water line is 24" I would like to add 12/14" to that. thoughts?

Anut, I agree with ElMar ....but when i put combing boards on my Wayne Beal i didnt want that Hard Core commercial look like the gill netter in the photo.....when you build them give them a rounded edge...

MDI45, I agree and I also would like to keep the nice looking lines of her and make it easier to fish out of at the same time. will post some pictures soon so you guys see what it looks like now.

Yeah its qite the set up he douse longlining with snap gear gillnets and tuna. It a heavy boat rides good its spent so time on the big bank in some shit

Yes , i hooked up on that 31 , it is actually a nice height to fight em. Also easily .removable.

When I fished on the Amanda ligh it was like that on that Bruno the rod holders a waste hight and on the Alm wash boards great for the rods

Is the PVC a swiveling transducer?

Yeah you got it ff under over head so you can see at the rod

Never seen one made like that. Nice. I have one that clamps over the transom when we want to use it. Good to have.

Best way is to add lee boards like this Duffy has and in the other photo. The only thing a do not like about le baords is you cannot sit on the wash rail. By the way how pretty is this Duffy everything was done correctly Plus C-7 power & Genny. She is a Diamond!

Yea that looks nice. a gen set is very handy...I would also like to be able to sit on the gunnell as well.

I think the boards on the Wayne beal look nicer then the Duffy..either way...you cant sit...lean against yes...but your ass is gunna hurt after awhile
