I am going to try & get the boat in by the end of April,I had to let a 100+ lbs halibut go a couple years ago,didn't have a tag so I am hoping he has grown!Anyone want to go let me know.I fished with Andy Gove for quite a few years & he caught his fair share of halibut,I have his secret spots memorized,don't tell anyone!I am hoping for 20 kt. cruise,the boat is light so we shall see.MouseTrap I might make it easy for you,I may be in your area this spring,see how sea trials go.While I was plowing snow this morning all I could think of is catching halibut,groundfish,BFT & of course lobstah!How lucky can a guy be!

I'm trying to look at the cup as being half full,at times it is a stretch especially when the gov't wants to keep emptying the cup but one can wish.Even tho they keep telling me there are no more cod in Maine state waters,we shall see!
