I only do i very minimum amount of trolling, I dont need a a big stick, or 20' outriggers. I would be nice to have a nive 15' roof mount telescoping set. Does anyone have any experience with the Taco, Lee, or LD?

Yes im in the early process of trying to get Luis from LD or a rep to work on a davit , From the sounds of it I should just have him load up every product he has. I need rod holders , davit, outriggers , etc etc. Gonna ask him about putting together a package for me. He seems to be the man.

Depends on what you are fishing for.
For pulling spreader bars LD are awesome.
Only gripe I have is the nylon inserts SUCK,
More specific, the glue he uses to hold them in the angle tubes sucks!
After a while every set I know of, the insert comes loose and rides up the base tube.
I ended up thru bolting mine, problem solved accept if I want to separate the angle tube from the poles.
For trolling bass/blues ect... any telescoping set like Taco or Lee work good.
But those bend way too much to pull 3 or 4 ft bars for tuna.
I've got both, a set of Lees on my roof & a set of LDs up in my tower.
Also, for pulling spreader bars, the higher mounted the better.
